This is a fully automatic cotton pads production machine with a high output of 800-1000 pcs/min. Purpose of the machine is the production of various shapes of makeup cotton pads. The shapes of cosmetic cotton pads can be easily changed by adapting the mold. The pattern on the surface of the pad can be chosen with the use of an embossing cylinder, available as separate tool thus enabling embossing of cotton pads with any desired design. Embossing improves the stability of the product and makes it look more attractive.
