This is an equipment to produce disposable compressed bath towels. The machine
uses an automatic cloth inserting and compression mold automatic reflow mechanism.
It is equipped with Mitsubishi FX-3U series intelligent control system and man-machine
information replacement interface functions, making the machine more operational under
safety, stability and efficiency. Single-layer or multi-layer nonwoven materials can be
automatically compressed into the mold at the same time, and the stable speed is 15-20
pcs/min. In addition, one person can look after multiple equipment production at the same
time, which can completely replace the traditional semi-automatic operation mode of one
person and one machine.
