     This is a high-speed automatic Inertia gearbox assembly machine. The whole machine is
made up of the feeding and assembly of the bottom cover, spring, large-size gear, inertia gear,
middle piece, iron shaft, middle-size gear small-size gear, and an upper cover. To ensure that
the assembly of all parts is completed within 1.8s, we have improved the speed and accuracy
of the vibratory feeders. With the servo-driven divider, the whole machine runs at a high speed
and is more stable. The spring is assembled in multiple steps, including feeding, annealing,
winding, forming, and cutting.
